With cosmetics becoming popular with a wider age group than ever before ranging from around 15 years old upwards there is now more call for services that offer cosmetics and especially those that get delivered directly to your house, making 
it easier for those that have hectic work schedules or children that prevent them from going shopping for such products during the shops open hours. There are plenty of examples either for those wanting to work for a larger company delivering their goods to their clients or for those that want to build up their own company with their own private client base, here are some options for those wanting either of these examples and more ideas;
Working for a company - This is an option open to near enough any one that knows some basic information on the products the company sells. Once you have all the products that you are going to sell from the company at your home then you will be given plenty of information on the various products that you will need to know a lot about as you will have to explain all the benefits of the products to the customers. there are many different types of company you can work for ranging from specialist companies that work especially with certain products such as skin care or for those companies that have a wider selection spreading across skin care through to cosmetics such as lipstick and eye shadows. Two of the largest firms in the industry are Avon and Virgin Vie they both provide their staff with a selection of products from their range and 
then provide training for them so they have a wide knowledge on the different products and the affect they have. As well as giving them training they usually give the people a selection of free products for them to use them selves this meaning they have personal experience in what the products can do for you, because the best advice is given from those that have experience of how the products work.
Working independently - If you want to go into the field of selling cosmetic products from home on your own then there are certain things you need to take into consideration such as the type of liability insurance you will need for if any of the products cause an allergic reaction in anyone that purchases the products from you. This is why it has more risk setting up your own company like this but then the advantage is you can be entirely your own boss and you keep all profit that is made from the products.
